Scott MacKenzie
Vice President, Business Development and Partnership Management

Scott MacKenzie is Vice President of Business Development and Partnership Management for IMG College. He is responsible for integrating IMG College’s business lines into collegiate partner programs for 17 properties in the company’s West region, as well as developing new initiatives adding value to these IMG partners. MacKenzie also pursues new collegiate multimedia partnerships and collaborates on extending current relationships. IMG College, the nation’s leading collegiate marketing company, has multimedia partnerships with more than 90 leading collegiate institutions, conferences, venues and associations.
 
Prior to his current role, MacKenzie served as Regional Vice President for IMG partners Arkansas, Baylor, Houston, Kansas, Nebraska, Rice, Texas, TCU, Tulane and UTEP as well as the Red River Rivalry and the Lone Star Showdown. He joined IMG in January 2009 as Regional Vice President for the West Coast Region, where he oversaw properties including Arizona, Gonzaga, Oregon and the West Coast Conference.

Previously, MacKenzie served as Senior Associate Athletics Director for External Operations at The University of Arizona. During 13 years at the University of Arizona, he held a number of positions including Associate Athletics Director for Marketing and Development, Assistant Athletics Director for Marketing and Corporate Sales, Director of Marketing, and Assistant Director of Marketing. He was highly involved in the creation and development of UA's student section and spirit group, the Zona Zoo, and founded the University's Sports Marketing Association in 1995.

Before joining UA, MacKenzie worked in the athletics departments at the University of Miami and the University of Colorado. 
He received a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from The University of Montana and a master's in Sports Administration from St. Thomas University in Miami, Florida.
