Delaine Bender is the executive director for Quest International Users Group. Quest, managed by HOST, is a not-for profit organization that supports users of J.D. Edwards' software.

In addition to its Quest Global Conference, Quest holds seven regional conferences in the U.S., Canada and Australia/New Zealand. Quest has members in more than 40 countries and a staff of 17. HOST and Quest renewed their relationship through a two-year contract, signed at the beginning of 2002. Under HOST's management, the user group and its services have grown exponentially as both membership numbers and attendance at conferences has been strong.

Bender, who earned a bachelor's degree in journalism/mass communication from the University of Oklahoma, served as associate executive director for the Interstate Oil and Gas Compact Commission before joining HOST in 1999. Prior to that, she was with a marketing firm in Michigan, an advertising agency in California and handled public relations for a summer stock theatre in Oklahoma.
