Dale Busic is the General Manager of Rice Sports Properties (RSP), a position he has held since December 22, 2006. As the multimedia rights holder at Rice University, RSP exclusively sells, produces, and distributes radio broadcasts for the Rice Owl's Sports Teams. RSP also retains exclusive rights to sell, produce, and distribute coaches' shows, television broadcasts of games, game-day programs, hospitality opportunities, corporate sponsorships, and internet initiatives.

Dale, who earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the United States Military Academy at West Point, spent 10 years in sales and marketing leadership positions in the consumer products industry, plus over 6 years in the broadcast radio business. Prior to that, Busic served as an officer in the U.S. Army. Dale is married to Vickie Busic and has three children, Christopher, Abigail, and Madison. The Busic family resides in The Woodlands, Texas.
