Lisa Fluty joined HOST in October 1999 to oversee the management and direction of corporate information technologies for the Company's more than 20 offices and nearly 350 employees.

Fluty is a 17-year veteran in the field of information technologies, including networking, telecommunications and systems management. Previously, Fluty was with BellSouth Corporation; BellSouth Mobility division for seven years as regional MIS manager in which she managed the I.T. for the regional area of Kentucky and Southern Indiana.

At BellSouth Mobility, Fluty was responsible for all technology needs related to the regional corporate offices, retail locations and call centers. She developed the first remote-access design for retail kiosk locations that enabled the company to reduce administrative support staff and increase sales revenues. Additionally, she designed and implemented the first regional-level support helpdesk, reducing the number of I.T. support staff needed in each location. She created a seamless I.T. support system for employees, as well as the first regional-level 'self managed' intranet site.

Prior to joining BellSouth Mobility, she was an information systems specialist for Glenmore Distillers in Louisville, Ky. where she provided computer systems and new technologies implementation support. Fluty studied at the University of Louisville majoring in management of information systems.
