Thomas J. Stultz is President/CEO & Director of Triple Crown Media, Inc., a publicly-traded media and marketing company based in Lexington, KY as well as President & CEO of TCMI's Host Communications division. Stultz is responsible for managing six daily newspapers, a wireless communications company, and Host Communications, Inc.'s collegiate sports marketing, association management, Internet, printing and publishing businesses. TCMI is traded on the NASDAQ exchange. It was founded in December 2005 through the merger of Gray Television, Inc.'s five newspapers with the former parent company of Host Communications, Inc. Stultz served as President of the Gray newspapers from February 1996 until December 2005 and has served as President & CEO of Host Communications, Inc. since July 2004.

Prior to joining Gray, Stultz was Vice President and Vice President-Marketing for Multimedia Newspaper Company in Greenville, SC from 1988 to 1996. In addition, Stultz worked for the nation's largest suburban newspaper group in St. Louis, MO, several other companies including Harte-Hanks and Thomson newspapers and has been in the newspaper business since starting as a reporter in Ashland, KY in 1970.

Stultz and his wife, the former Patricia Conley, have been married for 36 years. They have two daughters, Leslie Stultz Nunnery and J. Kristin Stultz, both living in Greenville, SC, and four grandchildren.

A native of Greenup, KY, Stultz has a MBA degree from Georgia State University in Atlanta, GA and is completing work on a M.A. degree in Journalism from the University of Missouri.
