ATLANTA, Georgia, (March 9, 2010) - IMG College, a division of IMG Worldwide, the world's premier sports, entertainment, and media company, today announced that Lawton Logan, Senior Vice President of Collegiate Properties for IMG College, has been named to the SportsBusiness Journal/Daily Forty Under 40 class of 2010.

As SVP of Collegiate Properties for IMG College, Logan oversees IMG College's multimedia rights property group, which includes some of the most prestigious universities and conferences in the country. In his current role, Logan is responsible for all aspects of IMG College's multimedia rights business, including P&L oversight, as well as managing the sales, marketing, finance, HR, legal, and accounting at 28 collegiate properties across the nation.

"Lawton is an exceptional leader within IMG College whose ability to create new revenue streams for our collegiate properties sets him apart from others," said Tom Stultz, Senior Vice President and Managing Director, IMG College. "His tireless work ethic and creative thinking skills will continue to set the direction for the future of the multimedia rights business."

Before Host Communications, Logan had a successful career at WSB Sports Marketing, a division of Cox Broadcasting, in Atlanta. He developed and sold sports marketing programs and promotional extensions for the radio broadcasts of the University of Georgia, Atlanta Braves, and Atlanta Hawks from 1996 until 2004.

Prior to his tenure at Cox, Logan worked with Hope-Beckham, Inc. in Atlanta, where he supervised marketing, staffing, and stadium operations and was director of sponsorships and promotions for two years.

Logan, a native of Savannah, Ga., is a graduate of the University of Richmond and earned an MBA at Georgia State University.

Logan serves on the board of the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, the University of Richmond Alumni Association, and the Georgia State MBA Club. He currently resides in Kentucky with his wife and three children.

The winners were chosen from hundreds of nominees and were cited for specific achievement in the sports industry, including demonstrations of innovation, entrepreneurialism, leadership and influence. Recipients will be honored at the Forty Under 40 Awards Banquet on Thursday, March 18 at the J.W. Marriott, Los Angeles at L.A. Live.
