NEW YORK – March 1, 2010 – SIRIUS XM Radio (NASDAQ: SIRI) and the Jayhawk Radio Network, managed by IMG College, announced today that they have entered into a broadcasting agreement that will make Kansas football and men’s basketball games available to satellite radio listeners nationwide.

Starting this season, SIRIUS XM will broadcast regular season games for both men’s basketball and football. This Wednesday, March 3, SIRIUS XM listeners will hear the Jayhawks when they host Kansas State (8:00 pm ET / 7:00 pm CT) on SIRIUS channel 122 and XM channel 143.

Under a separate agreement, SIRIUS XM also has the rights to broadcast this year’s Big 12 Conference Men’s Basketball Tournament, March 10-13, in Kansas City, MO.

Those shows will air on SIRIUS channel 122 and XM channel 143. Hawk Talk with Bill Self will air tonight and then every Monday between March 1 and March 15 (7:00 pm ET / 6:00 pm CT).
