Tony Crispino Named Chief Operating Officer of IMG College
Kelli Hilliard, Lou Doherty, and Mark Dyer Will Join Crispino on IMG College Executive Leadership Team

WINSTON-SALEM, NC, (Feb. 28, 2011) IMG College, a division of IMG Worldwide, has named Tony Crispino its Chief Operating Officer. Crispino, who previously served as IMG’s Senior Vice President for Operations and Finance in the company’s Cleveland office, will move to the IMG College headquarters in Winston-Salem, NC to assume his new role.

Crispino will be responsible for the day-to-day operations, ancillary business development, and financial management for the College division, as well as helping develop the long-term strategic growth plan for IMG’s college business.

Crispino will also oversee key senior leadership staff and functions that will help guide the strategic course for IMG College. Those executives include Kelli Hilliard, Senior Vice President and Chief People Officer-College, Lou Doherty, Senior Vice President, General/Managing Counsel, and Mark Dyer, Senior Vice President, Chief Innovation Officer-College, as well as a yet-to-be named Chief Financial Officer.

Hilliard, a 15-year veteran of ISP, which was acquired by IMG in October 2010 to significantly grow its college business, will oversee IMG College’s comprehensive customer service platform, all client event and entertainment opportunities, and employee recruitment. Hilliard also manages the IMG College training and development initiative, which was recently named to Training magazine’s 2011 list of the nation’s top 125 companies with the best employee enrichment, training, and development programs.

Doherty will be responsible for overseeing IMG College’s legal team and its daily responsibilities, which include sales and sponsor contracts, property and agency agreements, media agreements, brand and rights protection and enforcement, and personnel agreements.

Dyer will manage the new IMG College business ventures group, which will aggregate some of IMG’s current business units, including IMG College Events and Hospitality, IMG College Stadium and Arena Group, IMG College Seating Solutions, and the newly acquired IMG College Ticket Solutions, into a strategic offering of revenue and constituent-building services for collegiate institutions.

Crispino and his team will be instrumental in assisting in the development of new sales opportunities for IMG College including broadcast and digital media, licensing, and the expansion of new and existing business lines.
